I can tell it’s Christmas time because our calendar is filled with fun parties, dinners and activities. It is always a challenge not to overspend on convenience food this month since we are so busy!
Monday
Breakfast- Cereal
Lunch-Quesadillas, apple slices
Dinner- Leftover Buffet
Tuesday
Breakfast- Pancakes
Lunch – Muffins, fruit
Dinner – Shepherd’s Pie, Green beans, whole wheat rolls
Wednesday
Breakfast – Oatmeal, Cereal
Lunch – Grilled cheese, chicken noodle soup
Dinner – Whole wheat pizza
Thursday
Breakfast -French Toast
Lunch -Sandwiches, fruit
Dinner - Pasta for the kids, we eat at bible study
Friday
Breakfast- Pancakes
Lunch- Macaroni and cheese, carrot sticks
Dinner- Venison fajitas (this is a new one, we’ll see if it works!), cornbread, chips and salsa

Question.. with such a busy season…. how do you manage school? I am only teaching one and feel like I am falling behind more and more…. that and we are getting use to the new little one

Great looking and easy menu! I tried to make ours fairly easy this week with all that is going on. It definitely is easy to fall into grabbing convenience foods or getting take out. Have a great week!
