Oil the grill while it is still cool (just wipe an oiled paper towel across the grates). Roll out your crust and cook one side, the put toppings on the cooked side and return to grill to cook the bottom of crust while the cheeses melt. Yum! I have done pizza on the grill and we love it! My 7y o does the same thing... comes to wake me up with "Mom, I'm hungry". I have never gotten brave enough to try pizza on the grill. For all the time it takes to heat ours up, pizza seems like a waste of energy - I'd rather grill a hunk o' meat. ;) That is a great idea with breakfast.
