My family loved your simple pork roast recipe tonight! My husband was only upset when I told him there wasn’t any leftovers, he wanted it on a sandwich roll tomorrow.
I’m pretty sure that Cuban Chicken Salad is going on our menu next week, looks delicious!

Oh, 6 months of planning help sounds so nice! We have a 4 year old and a 10 month old and are 2000 miles away from family, so it has been a long year, but a great year.

But a little help would be such a treat.
