Michele, the author of the Kids Love Travel series is one of my favorite people. We see each other several times a year at homeschool events and it is always fun to catch up and hear how her family is doing. This book is great for homeschoolers too! I used our Maryland book extensively when we lived in Maryland and found lots of neat places to visit that I never would have known about without the book.
I found a copy years ago at the library and loved it so much we have our out copies of several nearby states. They are GREAT! I like the real word experience of families with kids. If the 2 year old will hate it, but the 8 year old will love it — they tell you. Helps us plan for visits to places that we can all enjoy.
