Stef is the wife of Thad and mom to two energetic superheroes! Her family enjoys homeschooling outside in sunny FL. Stef is the author of Layton Family Joy and has been a featured writer for InCourage , The Mob Society , and Gather InSpirit. In the summer of 2010, Stef’s ideas to connect homeschool moms grew into a reality when she created The Homeschool Village.

I am wife to Tom for over 15 years, and a stay at home, homeschooling mom to 6 boys and 2 girls aged 14 to 1. We love to learn together as a family, and every day is a new adventure. We just moved to Kansas City, Missouri after living in Texas, Kentucky, Ohio, Utah, and Pennsylvania. We’ve been homeschooling (or learning about homeschooling) ever since we found out we were expecting our first child nearly 15 years ago. We have made it a goal to learn something new everyday, and we share what we learn with others! (people at the grocery store need to know about bugs, too, according to 4 year old boys…)
