Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Program is back for 2010. Children who read eight books from May 25th to September 6th, will receive a free book when they turn in their Passport to Summer Reading. You can download your child’s passport on the Barnes and Noble Summer Reading page.
Barnes and Noble also has fun FREE activity kits available for download as well as book lists to help you choose books for your children. The Passport to Summer Reading is open to all children in grades 1-6.

Thanks for this great info! This is just what we need this summer!
Borders is running a similar program this summer as well for kids 12 and under who read 10 books this summer. You can double up and get two free books!

You beat me to it! The Borders post was scheduled to run on Thursday, lol.
Do you have an actual list of books appropriate for reading from which younsters may choose? Or are the selections up to them?
Thank you.
