It is frustrating to purchase a large item at the store and then see it go on sale a week later. Most stores have a policy of adjusting the price to the sale price if you purchased it within a certain time period. This is a great way to save extra money, but I don’t have time to scan the sale flyers and visit stores every week to see if an item I purchased has gone on sale. Fortunately, now I don’t have to.
Price Protectr is a web site that alerts you when the item you are watching goes on sale. All you have to do is cut and paste the URL from the product information page on the web. Then enter your email and they will contact you if the item goes on sale during the price protection period. They include many of the stores I shop at, The Apple Store, Amazon, Best Buy, Sears, Costco, there are ninety stores in all.
Best of all it is FREE!

Great tip! I am going to save this site in my favorites to use in the future!
Great information! Def. will keep this in mind!
