Check out: www.searchtempest.com .. it is a huge search engine that allows you to search all the Craigslist areas within whatever mile radius that you chose.. it is SUPER helpful! (it used to be www.craigshelper.com ... not sure why they changed it... feel free to google it instead of clicking on the links that I just posted ... I'd do the same for safety sake!)
