I work for an alternative route to teacher licensure program at a local university, and have had a number of students come through the program using this funding. It's an awesome opportunity. I was hoping to access the funds myself but as a Coast Guard spouse, I was disappointed to find that I am not eligible, since the program is run by the DoD.
