Walt Disney World is once again saluting our Armed Forces in 2011. This year the deal is a little different than previous Armed Forces Salutes, but it is still a good deal. You pay $138 each for six 4-Day Park Hopper passes. Details are below.
Who is Eligible?
Active or retired members of the U.S. military, including the National Guard, Reservists and the U.S. Coast Guard. Spouses may take advantage of the Walt Disney Armed Forces promotional tickets.
How Much are the Walt Disney World Armed Forces Salute Tickets?
$138. This includes a 4-Day pass with either the Park Hopper or Water Parks, Fun & More Option. You can add on the other option for an additional $27 a ticket.
Am I Really Saving Money With the Armed Forces Salute Tickets?
Yes, a 4- Day Park Hopper pass runs about $195. So that is a savings of almost $60 per ticket.
How Many Armed Forces Promotional Tickets Can I Purchase?
Up to six tickets may be purchased at the promotional price.
Disney Military Promotional Tickets may be purchased October 24, 2010 through September 28, 2011 at participating U.S. military sales outlets. Tickets expired October 1, 2011. Blackout dates are: December 27, 2010 through December 31, 2010 and April 17, 2011 through April 23, 2011, at all Walt Disney World Theme Parks and other gated attractions; and July 4, 2011 at Magic Kingdom Park.
Who Can Use the Tickets?
Each Disney Military Promotional Ticket must be used by the same person on any and all days. Disney Military Promotional Tickets may be used ONLY by the Eligible Service Members, spouses, other family members or friends for whom they are purchased. In addition, a valid military ID may be required for admission.
