Got Swagbucks?

This week I ordered my sweet little niece a birthday gift from Amazon. I actually had grand plans of making her a cute little dress, but those fell apart when I was put on bed rest. I actually like shopping online because it is quick and convenient, especially when I know what I want to purchase.

Basically Swagbucks is a way to search the web. They use Google and Ask.com so you can almost always find what you need going through their site. There is a toolbar for your browser so searching doesn’t take any more effort than searching using a different method. But here is the best part, when you search you are periodically awarded “swagbucks” and these swagbucks can be redeemed for prizes, including gift cards to Amazon, Target, iTunes, and Starbucks. There is even a swag store that has prizes for kids.

The gift I just ordered for my niece cost me under $1 because I traded some swagbucks in for Amazon gift cards.

There are other ways to earn swagbucks, such as turning in old cell phones, finding swag codes, referring friends and shopping online.
