My f-i-l would take the good looking things out of the trash and give them to his kids. It worked for our kids, too. The CVS stuff was free because the toothpaste was 2.99 at CVS, I had $1 off coupons for each one, the diapers were on sale for 8.99 and I had a $2 off coupon for those. I had a $5/15 coupon for CVS and then I used my ECB's to pay for the remaining amount. I also earned $9 in ECB's on the deal from the toothpaste. Hope that helps.
