Friday, July 9, 2010 is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A. Come to Chick-Fil-A fully dressed as a cow and get a FREE Chick-Fil-A meal. I have yet to do this, but it sounds like so much fun. Well maybe that is a bit of an overstatement. But who doesn’t LOVE Chick-Fil-A, and making cow costumes is a great way to pass the time on these hot summer days.
You can find out all the details (rules) on the Chick-Fil-A website as well as download a costume kit to help get you started on your cow costume.

My daughters did this last year and had so much fun! They are in High School and that didn’t stop them. They wore black shorts and white tops, downloaded the ears and attached them to a headband. They also taped spots to their white tshirt I believe. The people at chickfila just loved it!
Sounds like a crazy idea .. I will NOT be dressing like a cow because I’ll be at the Savvy Blogging Summit – yeah! Looking forward to meeting you.
I did this yesterday, and I must admit that although it was embarrassing to dress like a cow, it was great to get free chicken. And it was fun watching some of the other crazy people going all out too!
