I make chicken tetrazinni too. I don’t put the veggie in (but will try next time) I do put in mushrooms. I also use skim milk and the light cream of chicken soup and ff sour cream. I also use ole bay seasoning. I also mix the sauce in a bowl not on the stove, mix the noodles (poodles) and bake it for 45min on 400. I’ve also put it in the crock pot so I didnt heat up my kitchen:)
