Recently I was able to grab some new (super marked down) pots for my kitchen and I loved how shiny they were when I took them out of the box.
It doesn’t take long for those shiny new pots and pans to look like they belong in a house with nine people. Frequent use and letting food cook in them just a little too long has made some of them look a little worn.
