My mom used to make “salmon balls”….she rolled them up in balls and would deep fry them. This so took me back to those days! I think I need to make them ASAP!

Are those homemade rolls? Is so, how do you shape them to bake so pretty?

My children love salmon patties also. We eat them with raw onion and mustard.
I stick my patties in the freezer after forming them. Then I lightly coat them in flour sprinkled with black pepper, before frying them. I think the freezing step helps them to crisp up and hold together better.
