I LOVE pasta. Seriously, I love it! I could eat it every single night. The first real meal I ever made was fettuccine alfredo. I loved it, my husband loved it, and I made it several times a week… for years. Over time, we got tired of plain old fettuccine alfredo and I learned to make different types of pasta dishes. If you check out my recipe page you will notice that I love to make pasta! From baked ziti to pink pasta, noodles are on our table several nights a week.
I was thrilled when Bertolli asked if I would like to try making my own pasta. I couldn’t wait to receive my Imperia Pasta Machine.
I made my first batch of homemade pasta and loved it! It tasted better than any restaurant pasta I have ever had. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make pasta as well.

My favorite is any kind of pasta with pesto and chicken or shrimp. Dh is the big pasta lover and with an allergy to wheat, I really need a pasta maker so I can make spelt noodles.

my favorite is definitely tortellini…in almost any form! My granny used to make this tortellini soup that even now instantly makes me feel calm and at home despite the fact I’m 1000′s of miles away. My kids are purests though and pretty much only eat spaghetti in marinara. Someday, maybe their preschool palates will diversify…

My family loves “Angel Hair Pasta with Broccoli” a recipe I found in a Martha Stewart cookbook years ago. When my kids were little they started calling it “Baby Spaghetti,” and they call the dish by that name to this day. I would love a pasta maker, it is on my birthday and Christmas list for this year.

My whole family loves pasta! I think our favorite would be fettuccine alfredo. I have been making my own pasta for years, but have always wanted a pasta machine to make flawless noodles.
I use semolina flour in my recipe. I like homemade pasta with sauted peppers and sausage cut into coin shape with a quick tomato basil sauce with garlic of course.
I love many different types of pasta, My husband makes a chicken pasta with the corkscrew noodles and its sooo yummy. I love making lasagna.

I love a good simple spaghetti with red sauce and plenty of freshly grated parm. Another fav in our house is pasta with browned butter and Mizithra cheese. Oh my! I’ve never made nor eaten fresh pasta and would love to make our own.

I make my own egg noodles and have for years using a modified Amana recipe but I would love to make different kinds of pastas for our family! Our favorite is kept for special occasions only because it’s sort of pricey but it’s basically a penne in cream sauce with sausage.

I love Lasagna. I use the no boil Bertolli noodles and they are great. I actually did a consumer survey panel to help select Bertolli commercials.
My favorite pasta dish is pumpkin fettuccine with a creamy white sauce. I have food allergies, so I make almost everything from scratch! Having this machine would make me so very happy!

Oh my, baked ziti would be my favorite. It is rare to find the pasta here in Northern CA let alone see it on a restaurant menu. Smart Ones came out with a Ziti and as soon as I stock up, it is gone.
My ‘favorite’ tends to be something different depending on the day. Usually something mixed with chicken, though.

I was just looking at a pasta machine! I would love to make my own pasta as we are getting very “basic” around here to keep chemicals out of our food. My favorite pasta is hard to choose but if I could only have one dish, it would be fettuccine alfredo!
I love any pasta and love to make homemade noodles too! My favorite pasta right now is something quick I make called Lasagna Toss /Lazy Lasagna. My family loves it and is a simple dish for a busy weeknight!
