Menu Plan Week of May 17th

This is a busy week at our house. Starting on Thursday, family begins arriving for my husband’s promotion on Friday. Friday night we will be hosting a dinner party (in the form of a bbq) for about 60 people. Since I am cheap and apparently insane I have decided to make the food myself with the help of my mom who is in town for the next two weeks.

I will also be blogging about my kitchen this week over at Happy to be at Home. If you have ever wondered what it is like to feed a family of nine, plus throw a party for 50 60 70 people, and have your mother, sister, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and niece stay with you for the weekend, visit Happy to be at Home next week and read all about my kitchen adventures.
