(BIG compliment...she can cook, and she is fussy!) I vote alfredo on Thursday, since it's pretty cool out. The creamier sauce is nicer on cool days. (There is a reason cream sauces aren't popular in steamy southern Italy!) A friend asked me how my Tuna Casserole turned out and I told her "It's funny - it tasted just like a McDonald's Qtr Pounder w/cheese - weird huh?"
