		<description>I saw the picture of &quot;Bee Rocks&quot; and had too see the recipe.  As suspected they are what I grew up calling &quot;Bier-rocks.&quot;  Only we didn&#039;t add corn or mashed potatoes.  And the cabbage and onion is cooked until its soft and yellow, or you use sourkraut. I always ate them with Ketchup growing up, and we actually ate these last week.  Now I have to try your recipe because more carbs usually goes over well in our house. :-)</description>
