I hear you about no-heat cooking this week! I’m loving all the grilled recipes and those in the crockpot. I also love breakfast for dinner when it’s this hot — it’s nice and light and almost always no-oven required.

I was just thinking that I am going to tweak my own meal plan for this week to avoid turning on the oven much at all. It’s just too HOT. Pulled pork in the crockpot sounds great.
What a fabulous looking menu plan! I’m especially loving that waffles were included! They are one of my absolute favorite breakfast options. The BBQ Pork in a Crock-pot looks pretty tasty too.
