That Tuna Noodle Casserole looks yummy! I might change the soup to chicken though because DH does NOT like celery, plus I already have a can! How could I freeze it? Put it all together and then just throw it in a dish and reheat, then add cheese?
Yes, that is what I do. And you could make it with chicken. I do that all the time…
Trying to get your enchilada recipe and the link seems to broken….
Hmmm….same with cinnamon rolls-help!
I just made Crockpot Chicken Tacos w/ your tortilla recipe… Easiest thing I’ve ever made and they were delicious!!!
Recipe here: http://www.lynnskitchenadventures.com/2010/06/crockpot-chicken-tacos.html
some crock pot recipes we like are (and make almost monthly): bbq chicken( then use it to make bbq chicken pizza the next night), pot roast, chicken w/ frozen stir fry veggies & broth, slow cooker chicken posole, potatoes & butternut squash (a favorite, although I didn’t expect it to be), Aloha pineapple chicken (served with rice), taco soup…happy to share any of the recipes if you are interested
Thanks so much for letting me know! There was a glitch with almost all the links! They are fixed now.
Great looking menu this week. I’ll have to try the Crockpot French Dip sandwiches next week. My Crockpot’s getting a workout this week now that kids are back in school and sports practices are starting.
Stolen Moments Cooking just posted a fabulous chicken crockpot dish that I tried yesterday for dinner. It turned out wonderful! I’d highly recommend it if you need something a little different

Enchiladas are becoming more and more popular in our household. Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a wonderful week!
I just put those Easy, No Rise Cinnamon Rolls on my menu plan for next week. My son loves for me to make homemade cinnamon rolls, but they take so long to make for breakfast. I can’t wait to try this recipe out.
