I don't know if this is "Starbucks quality", but when I heard about the Peppermint Mocha Lattes at Starbucks this fall, I decided to whip up a recipe of my own, and it is SO good: http://blog.ashleypichea.com/2010/12/saturday-sweets-mint-mocha-latte.html

I usually use 1/2 cup of french vanilla creamer along with a cup of milk (and in place of vanilla extract). It's a way to use some of the creamer I get when they're cheap @ Harris Teeter and since no one else drink's coffee, I have to find things to put it in besides just my coffee so it doesn't go to waste. I also mix some in oatmeal for breakfast as well!!

Looks familiar. ;-) This is great for a smaller recipe, though. We don't often drink all of what I make with 6 cups of milk.

We'll definitely be giving this one a try around here- I've been in search of an easy, delicious hot cocoa recipe. Copy-cats are the best! :)
