Last year I shared with you a fun contest by Hungry Jack that challenged at home chefs to create fun recipes with leftover Hungry Jack mix. My go to recipe is always potato pancakes when I have leftover potatoes or potato flakes. I tried Hungry Jack’s potato breakfast sandwiches and they were a huge hit!
