So if I just omitted the sausage, do you think this would still turn out ok? I don't like meat...

I made these breakfast muffins tonight for a brunch that I am hosting in the morning. They are so good!!! They turned out beautifully and taste delicious. I made some larger ones for my family (and the freezer) and some minis for my guests in the morning. Thanks for the great recipe!

Yum! These breakfast recipes look great, can't wait to try them!

On a side note...I noticed you're on Fort Meade. I spent a lot of time there last spring and had a cousin whose husband was stationed there.

Nice blog, too!

We've almost given up cold cereal (a good thing!) thanks to the HBC. I'm glad to see my children trying different breakfast foods. It's no harder to make oatmeal than to pour a bowl of cereal, but it's much, much healthier!

So, what's the challenge for March? I'm on a roll now!

I don't cook breakfast during the week very often now that I've went back to work. I just don't have enough time but today I did. I woke up extra early and cooked up 2 eggs, thin breakfast steak, and toast for the hubby and kids. They all loved it. I had found the breakfast steak on a closeout deal at the grocery store, and it had to be cooked today. Thanks for hosting the challenge. I've enjoyed reading the recipes, and while I don't cook breakfast a lot. I will use them for weekends and supper. Don't forget, I am hosting a giveaway this week to celebrate my 1st blog birthday. Come by and enter!

Can I just say THANK YOU (!!) for the Breakfast Challenge? We didn't do a hot breakfast, but had a challenge nonetheless and managed to actually eat in the morning most days (a huge improvement), run through 3 full boxes of cereal, and not let any yogurt go to waste.

Hooray for breakfast!
