I also use a can of Rotel tomatos to add some more kick and, if you can find them (Trader Joe's has em) fire roasted frozen corn .. YUM YUM .. my family is addicted. My grandmother just visited my parents from Oregon and brought two huge blocks of Tillamook cheese. My family and my sister's family came to visit while she was there and one of the first thing we all did was go to the fridge and pull out the cheese!
