Andrea has been married to Pete for 20 years, and together they have two teenage daughters. Struggling with the reality that her girls will soon be out on their own, she started vlogging at 101 Life Lessons. Each week she videos a life lesson for her girls hoping someday they will watch them and realize what she tried to create was a love letter of sorts. In addition to 101 Life Lessons, her pursuit of a green lifestyle led to her site The Greenbacks Gal where she posts organic deals, green steals and real food meals. If you were to run into her, you’d find she is never far from a steaming cup of hot tea. Read Andrea’s Posts

SnoWhite met & married Frog Prince while they were graduate students living in the middle of the mitten state. Being far away from home, newly married and surrounded by food products that declared “may contain tree nuts”, SnoWhite and Frog Prince embarked on an adventure – an adventure to cook nearly everything they eat from scratch. At first, this choice was out of necessity, but as they started making bread, crackers and ice cream, they found the JOY that only God can provide in their tiny apartment kitchen, of all places! Their recipes are chronicled on Finding Joy in My Kitchen. By day, SnoWhite is an assistant professor, teaching college students about the ins and outs of biology and researching how students learn biology. One of her favorite courses to teach is of course, all about food – from how we grow it, to how we prepare it! Read SnoWhite’s Posts
