I can't wait to try the OJ. I have a Bosch and just began making my own bread. My problem now is that it is so crumbly, the kids have a hard time using it for sandwiches. Any advice?

I also put the orange juice in my bread. It really does make a difference. I also learned that putting less flour in my bread makes it super soft.I have a Bosch and it is easy to just put less. My wheat bread is just as soft as store bought white bread. The dough is a little harder to handle when I roll it to loaves, but it is SO worth it.

I'm glad you're back up and running! I LOVE these tips. It's so dry here in Phx that my bread doesn't always turn out right. I'm wondering if I should adjust liquid in recipes b/c it may assume some moisture in the air will absorb into the dough. ??? What do you think?

I want to go bake now...it's so addicting!
