3 Moms: What The Happy House Eats When Mom is Away

I had the privilege of attending and co-hosting my sister’s baby shower this weekend. I had a wonderful time, but since she doesn’t live near me, the kids and dh had to fend for themselves this weekend.

Here is what they ate:
Breakfasts: Eggs, cereal, pancakes, oatmeal, and whole wheat brownies

Lunches: sandwiches, refried beans , Chick-Fil-A, leftovers, tostadas topped with egg, beans, and taco meat

Dinner: Tostadas, whole wheat pizza, leftovers

They were very proud of their egg and tostada creation. Even though they had brownies for breakfast (which is probably every kid’s dream)  I think they did a great job making meals!

Don’t forget to visit Jen’s and Kate’s blogs to see what they are up to this week.

Those were not brownies for breakfast – we had
no-rise whole wheat cocoa bread! I thought the kids told you that :)
