I voted for Hamburg, New York which is about 30 minutes from where I live! Yay!

A perfect day in my hometown would have to be in the fall. The leaves are turning but it’s still in the 60’s. The apple trees are ready for picking and the smell of the fresh air is intoxicating. Later that day we will all sit b the fire in our backyard and roast marshmallows while listening to the crickets and watching the fire flies!

It looked nice yesterday morning, so we took off (an hour away) for the zoo. By the time we ate and got to the actual zoo, it was cloudy/windy/41°. Think my kids cared?! Notsomuch. I froze, but it was fun! Longing for your 70° temps!

A perfect afternoon in my hometown of New York City would be to go down to Central Park. I’d get a hot dog from a street vendor and take a walk around in the park. It is so much like being out of the city, yet if you look up and beyond the park you see the skyscrapers. Thanks.

I too, grew up in Orlando, but after living in beautiful Tallahassee, FL for nearly 14 years, this is my ‘new’ hometown.
My favorite afternoons are enjoying a beautiful park…might even pack a picnic ; )
